How To Easily Return Or Exchange

EKKUAL products come with a no-questions-asked, 360-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace or exchange your products. In all cases, except where an item is faulty, the item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition without having been worn outdoors. This includes all packaging and labelling. (If you're trying them on for fit, may we suggest you stay inside while you walk around in them?)

1. Making a Return/Exchange

If you wish to return/exchange any Product purchased on our Website you should follow the return instructions provided on the paperwork included with your delivery.

You can RETURN/EXCHANGE any item that you've ordered online from for free with your prepaid UPS returns label provided on your receipt.

Please COMPLETE the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM on the reverse of your receipt and include it inside your package. PLEASE indicate the REASON FOR RETURN using the CODES provided and, in the case of a fault or error on our part, please provide a full description in the space provided. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure you package them up well with our RETURN ENVELOPE to prevent any damage or lost shoes during shipping.

Availability or replacement item is not guaranteed. If the item you request is not available, we will process the item as a return. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange. You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon the completion of the exchange.

We process refunds for Products within 5 days of receipt, and will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. 

All footwear will be inspected on return.

You should obtain a receipt for your return package from UPS, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning, should for some reason they not arrive at our warehouse. We unfortunately cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don't receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return.

2. Returning a Gift

You may return/exchange your product by following our "Making a return/exchange" guide. Please note that the purchaser will be credited for gift returns. Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanied by the original packing slip. The gift recipient will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of the gift return provided that their e-mail address is included on the return form.

3. Price Adjustment

Price adjustments will be given, at any time, for purchases made within 3 days of a markdown.
