1. Making a Return/Exchange
If you wish to return/exchange any Product purchased on our Website you should follow the return instructions provided on the paperwork included with your delivery.
You can RETURN/EXCHANGE any item that you've ordered online from Ekkual.com for free with your prepaid UPS returns label provided on your receipt.
Please COMPLETE the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM on the reverse of your receipt and include it inside your package. PLEASE indicate the REASON FOR RETURN using the CODES provided and, in the case of a fault or error on our part, please provide a full description in the space provided. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.
Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure you package them up well with our RETURN ENVELOPE to prevent any damage or lost shoes during shipping.
Availability or replacement item is not guaranteed. If the item you request is not available, we will process the item as a return. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange. You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon the completion of the exchange.
We process refunds for Products within 5 days of receipt, and will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.
All footwear will be inspected on return.

You should obtain a receipt for your return package from UPS, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning, should for some reason they not arrive at our warehouse. We unfortunately cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don't receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return.

2. Returning a Gift
You may return/exchange your product by following our "Making a return/exchange" guide. Please note that the purchaser will be credited for gift returns. Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanied by the original packing slip. The gift recipient will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of the gift return provided that their e-mail address is included on the return form.
3. Price Adjustment
Price adjustments will be given, at any time, for purchases made within 3 days of a markdown.

How do I place an order?
Ordering online is easy! When you find an item you would like to purchase, select a color and size and click the red "add to cart" button. You will now be taken to the checkout page. You may continue with the checkout process or you may continue to shop for more items by clicking "Continue Shopping".
When you've finished shopping, click "checkout now" button at the bottom-right corner of the page. You will find a quick summary of your order on the right side of the following page. If you'd like to modify your order, you may do so by clicking the grey "Update Cart" button at the bottom of the grey box. If all looks well, click "Checkout Now".
You will need to have an account with us in order to continue with the checkout process. If you are a returning customer, just enter your Email address and password. New customers will need to sign register to checkout.

Because the foot is three-dimensional it is hard to give a specific sizing. We recommend being fitted using a Brannock Device, this will give you the most accurate size.
Gift cards issued by any of the above credit card companies are also accepted.
Credit/gift cards will not be charged until your order is shipped. If your order contains multiple items that ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement or gift card balance.
Please note that Ekkual.com does not accept any credit/debit cards issued by banks outside the United States.
